Well folks, it looks like Trillium Brewing aren’t the only ones celebrating an anniversary. And while Trillium Brewing is only turning one year old tomorrow, Sean Hill’s more seasoned brewery of Hill Farmstead out in Vermont will be turning four.
The brewery, famous for having some of the world’s greatest beer announced that they unfortunately cannot host a celebration at the brewery due to the fact that they’re expanding it. They will however be celebrating their fourth anniversary of the course of a couple of days using four different venues, with three of them located out in Waterbury, VT.
The four venues in question are: Parker Pie Co., Blackback, Prohibition Pig & The Reservoir and while no details on what exactly will be available on tap where, the staff from Hill Farmstead did say that more details will be available in due time. Speaking of which, the dates for the two-day celebrations are Friday May 23rd and Saturday May 24th.
Here is the release from the brewery taken from their website:
All four venues will have at least a dozen taps flowing, including some amazing vintage Hill Farmstead beers for each location, plus special guest kegs, collaboration beers and much more. These are NOT ticketed events, nor is Hill Farmstead Brewery coordinating the events. We are collaborating with our friends to thank everyone for another amazing year, spread the love and, ultimately, celebrate with you all.
Specific details from each location will be available soon, including tap lists. Be patient and all will be revealed!
The Hill Farmstead Retail shop WILL be open its normal hours that week, including Saturday, too!
So, mark your calendars, book your rooms and bring some sunshine!
You can find more information about the event on this page and expect more updates in the future as they unveil more information including the tap list and hours.
