Night Shift Brewing Releases New Beer, Announces Many More

Night Shift Brewing LogoNight Shift Brewing in Everett have released a new beer earlier this afternoon. The new beer, known as Smolder, is a “bold, robust, 8.2% stout featuring a nose of roasted coffee and dark chocolate, and rich flavors of black cherry, cocoa, and subtle hints of smoke” and is available for both growler fills as well as your enjoyment on premise.

But not satisfied with working on just one beer, they’ve also announced a few more upcoming releases which are to take place on various days starting next week, and over the next few weeks, taking you almost into Christmas. Those releases include their sixth batch of their rotating and ever-changing Morph IPA which is highly anticipated by many and has become a very popular series which even includes some store distribution.

So without further due, here’s what their upcoming release schedule looks like:

  • Wednesday December 10th: Bean Porter Release
At $14 a bottle and with no limits per person, this beer release party will feature Bean Porter-branded Steins which will be yours to keep after you drink the beer in them. This porter is made with vanilla and coffee beans and is then aged in bourbon barrels. A perfect accompaniment to these chilly temperatures.

  • Wednesday December 17th: Fallen Apple & Mainer Weisse Release
This release party will feature not one but two different beers! Their first one, Fallen Apple, is a golden ale made with local apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander and allspice which is then aged in brandy and rum barrels. Their second beer, Mainer Weisse is a sour ale made with Maine wild blueberries and some cinnamon spices.

Also on deck from them but with no release dates yet are Whirlpool, Vienna Lager, Presidential DIPA, Taza Stout, Trifecta, El Lechedor and Cape Codder Weisse. Stay tuned for future updates on those.
