Update:The restaurant’s opening day has been pushed from the 5th to the 12th.
With seven locations operating out in Texas and another three already up and running on the East Coast, The Ginger Man Boston is now going to have the grand opening of their Boston location tomorrow out on State Street, at the edge of Faneuil Hall. The Ginger Man’s location is the former home of Stadium Sports Bar & Grill and after nearly a half a year of renovations, this two-floor establishment with a seating capacity of nearly 150 will be opening.
According to Eater Boston, the establishment will have “75 draft beers (as well as an additional 15 draft lines at its smaller, downstairs bar), nearly 100 bottled beers, and spirits and wines from across the globe.“. You can also expect a lot of house-made breads, charcuterie and many more delectable foods including pickled vegetables. The website isn’t presently up-to-date with a beer list or menu and neither is their Facebook page but we expect that this will change very soon. A quick peep over on their NYC’s location’s menu shows all kinds of delicious food which pair very well with beers and cocktails. Items like pretzels, sandwiches, and German platters which feature shnitzel or sausages as well as salads, sliders and dessert. Hopefully this Boston location will follow suit.
The Ginger Man is located at 148 State Street, Boston, MA 02109.
