They also stated the following:

It has been a long and interesting journey to get here. Words cannot describe how proud we are of our amazing staff. They have been incredibly competent and patient throughout this transition. We also need to give a big shout out to our incredible contractor Sean Gyllenborg and our Project Manager, Mark D’Angelo. To say we wouldn’t be here without them is an understatement. We are grateful for the expertise and support that Justin Bourgeois, of Community National Bank, has given us since the old pub days. Thank you to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts.

Throughout the summer they will be producing and selling Heady Topper, Focal Banger and the Crusher, and, will later on be adding additional beers into their production schedule. You can read more details and get more info on the Alchemist’s The Alchemist: Blog.

The brewery is located at 100 Cottage Club Rd, Stowe, VT 05672

Trillium Tap Room Now Open in Canton!

Trillium BrewingThe long anticipated Trillium Brewing tap room at their Canton brewery is now open!

One caveat is that this is not a place to sit for hours knocking back delicious IPAs.  More in line with tap rooms such as Hill Farmstead, there will be a 20oz limit per person, doled out in four 5oz or two 10oz pours.  This also means no more free 2oz samples, either.

A cool aspect of the facility will be the ability to open a tab in the tap room, then seamlessly purchase bottles, growlers, and other merchandise all on the same bill.  It is dog (leashed) and kid-friendly, as well!

No food will be available on-site initially, but expect food trucks to become a regular staple on weekends.

The Canton brewery was already a cool location to check out even before this opening, so if you haven’t been there yet, we highly encourage you to check it out!

Hours will be Monday-Saturday, Noon-7:30PM with last call coming at 7:00 each evening.

More information including what is currently available on tap can be found at http://www.trilliumbrewing.com/trillium-brewing-canton-location

Trillium’s Canton location is located at 110 Shawmut Rd, Canton, MA 02021

Finally, keep an eye out here and on our Facebook page for a ticket giveaway this weekend!  The folks behind the Boston Beer and Bacon Festival at Fenway on Sunday June 12th have been kind enough to pass along a few tickets.  Stay tuned for additional details, but in the meantime, you can find out more about the event at https://nightout.com/events/boston-bacon-and-beer-festival/tickets
